General Gaius Octavian

General Gaius Octavian is the de-facto leader of the Dragon Riders, and reports to General Aurilius about all Dragon Rider activity in the Alliance. Octavian has participated in the Alliance-Predavor conflicts for a long time. He was once the heavy weapons specialist of the famous Trooper squad with Generals Aurilius and Augustus. With his commendations for his military prowess and new bonded dragon powers, he plans to lead the Dragon Riders to drive the Predavors off his home planet and back into space where they belong.
